Sometimes, in the middle of the day-to-day hustle, something happens that reminds you to pause and reflect.

This July brought one of those moments: I was honored to be featured in VoyageAustin, where I got to share my journey as the owner of a home staging and organizing business in Austin. Being recognized alongside other creatives and small business owners in this city is a milestone I’m truly grateful for.

Why I Started This Home Organizing and Staging Business in Austin

Running a solo business often means juggling roles, making personal sacrifices, and trusting your instincts when there’s no roadmap. But it also brings moments like this — when the work gets seen, and the mission behind it feels understood.

I started my home staging and professional organizing business to help people create spaces that reflect their stories, especially during times of change — selling a home, downsizing, moving forward.

This feature felt like a small moment of recognition that all those quiet efforts matter.

The U.S. has given me the space to build a life and a business doing the work I love. (Happy Fourth of July to all the immigrants making it work.)

Behind the Scenes: Organizing, Styling, and a Growing Business

The article dives into parts of the story I rarely tell publicly — how I started, what keeps me motivated, and how each project has shaped the direction of the business.

It’s been almost a year since I moved into my current home and began this venture. Now, my space is filled with items from staging projects — pieces that don’t technically belong to me, but have helped create warm, welcoming homes for others.

I’m deeply grateful for the spotlight and the platform.

A Special Thank You

To everyone who’s supported this journey — thank you.

I’m not sure who nominated me for this feature (if it was you — thank you!).To all my friends and clients who’ve stood by me — I see you. Shout out to Annie Atwood for her ongoing creative content help, and to my team for being part of recent project successes.
